LG 42LH20 to you

LG 42LH20

Outstanding!!. I ordered LG 42LH20 TV based solely on the reviews posted here and other websites. What a great TV!! The picture is crystal clear, even when I just plugged the cable into the wall while waiting for my DirecTV to be installed for HD.

The HD channels are even better than on my 37″ plasma in the basement. I put LG 42LH20 TV in my living room, which gets a lot of sunlight in the late afternoon. Absolutely minimal sun glare off the screen and the picture wasn’t degraged at all!

LCD HDTV. BEAUTIFUL picture. I researched LG 42LH20 one – in writing and at the stores – actually compared the pictures side by side and LG 42LH20 ine was as good as the Sony – the only one that came close. We love it.

Blown Away. Sorry about the guy’s who broke down. Stuff happens. From what I can see this is an amazing set. The contrast ratio is insane and the low 6ms refresh rate make the xbox 360 and wii I have hooked up to LG 42LH20 look amazing. Just make sure you set the respective machines to widescreen and HD (wii does 480p). The 3 HDMI inputs are excellent and also 2 component. The finish is fantastic too. This LG also has an amazing viewing angle that really plagued earier LCD’s. You can actually see the screen perfectly at virtually a 180 degree angle. Great thing that I like LCD’s over plasma is they are super light and don’t run hot. Its also an Energy Star set.

Crazy on 19LU55 LG

LG 19LU55

Great TV. I did some research before I went and bought a LCD TV. I was torn between this one and a Sharp. I am glad I went with this one. I think what sold me was the 10000:1 contrast and the 5ms response. Although there is a Sharp out there with a 4ms response, the contrast wasn’t there. I am very happy with this TV. The reviews I have read on other site about this TV have been outstanding, and that is why I bought it. Just shop around for it, some sites have unadvertised internet only specials and knock the price down even more. LG 19LU55 was very easy to put on the wall too. I would recommend this TV to any one.

great picture on HD and SD channels, couldn’t be happier.

I researched a lot of HDTVS and even took one back before I settled on the LG, and I’ve had LG 19LU55 six months. The picture was fantastic, due to the 10,000 to 1 contrast ratio and the “engine” that converts even SD signals into near HD picture. I have Dish’s HD package and the picture is great for both HD and SD, and I also use the OTA tuner and the picture from OTA HD signals is also fantastic – using an inexpensive radio shack OTA antenna. What sold me on this TV was the great picture, first and foremost, that LG 19LU55 was 1080p, that LG 19LU55 had 3 HDMI inputs and a PC connections. The TV is easy to configure, and the remote is great as well. I have no complaints at all. The sound is also pretty good — I unhooked my home theater system to use the LG’s speakers, which IMHO seemed better.

First month–so far, so good. I have had my LG 42LB5D for one month, and so far I love it. The picture and sound are both excellent. I have seen some complaints from other reviewers about inconvenience with selecting inputs (you have to scroll through all available inputs with the remote), but LG 19LU55 takes about 5 seconds and I don’t consider LG 19LU55 a problem. The TV arrived on time (I bought from Amazon and LG 19LU55 was shipped from TigerDirect) and was easy to set up. I am using a Tivo HD DVR, a Playstation 2, and a standard DVD player. They all look and sound great. None of these devices takes advantage of the 1080p capability of the LG 42LB5D (the Tivo maxes out at 1080i), but the HD channels look fantastic on the TV (especially football!). I did a lot of shopping around and research before buying, and after using the TV for a month I think I made the right choice. This is an excellent TV at a very reasonable price.

LG 55LH40 must go on

LG 55LH40

Absolutly fantastic !!!!!. This T.V. is awesome !! I couldn’t be more pleased . I did plenty of research before i made my purchase , and man did I make a good decision . Just compare the tech specs of this T.V with ANY other T.V. and this one blows away the competition . This is the only 120hz 37″ T.V. made . The picture is stunning !! 50,000 : 1 contrast ratio makes the blacks super black and the whites are super white . HDTV looks great . C.S.I. on HDTV almost looks to real . And Blu-Ray movies are crystal clear . Some of the explosions on Blu-Ray Actually made me squint they were so bright . The sound is actually pretty good for an L.C.D. . The only slightly negative thing I have to say about LG 55LH40 is that when you switch inputs LG 55LH40 takes 3 or 4 seconds to react . But that’s no biggie at all . All in all I have no regrets with this purchase .

Great TV for a decent price.. I purchased this TV about two weeks ago for the price of $901.75 which is a pretty good price for the size and due to the fact that its full 1080p. Its got an awesome contrast ratio of 50,000:1. When using my PS3 hooked up via HDMI cable the picture is nothing short of perfect. Games look amazing and blu-ray movies look spectacular. Regular SD TV viewing leaves a bit to be desired but its about par with other HD TVs that I have seen on SD. Buttons on the TV are hidden on the side except for the power button which is placed on the LG logo on the front, and the power button is touch sensitive, meaning you just have to touch the logo not press LG 55LH40 and on comes the TV. The TV itself is quite attractive with scarlet backing and a full black front except for the LG logo which is a sort of glowing red. Overall its a great TV for a pretty decent price.

Great lil’ set. Especially for gaming.. Uses: mostly gaming (Xbox 360 w/hdmi input). Also movies (Netflix streaming & DVD’s both through the Xbox 360)

PROS:

-50,000:1 contrast ratio. They say the bigger this number, the purtier the picture. Check out other sets in this price range. Few offer such a ratio, (yet). Not even LG’s next model up in size, for some reason.

-2to3ms response time (or something like that) and 120hz = less “streaking”. LCD TV’s historically suffer from “streaking” when displaying some types of moving images (I think from the pixels staying on too long). Gamers also complained that early LCD’s were taking too long to react to game input, (and in games like COD4 distorted images and slow response time can equal death!) This TV is fast and clear. My roommate has a mid/high end Sony 1080p LCD HDTV from a couple years ago. It’s a fine set but we both agree that this little LG displays xbox 360 input notably clearer than the Sony. There’s less blur and streaking during motion, which is huge for gaming. As far as I could tell when shopping around a few months ago, the only sets that offer contrast ratios, 120hz, and response times near this one are in the mid to high end of things and none of them are smaller than 40″. So for comparable specs (Samsung >=600 series, Sony’s Series > “W”, etc…) you’ll have to pay a few hundred to a few thousand more dollars right now.

-tons of inputs: RF (antenna/cable), 2 or 3 Component video/audio, 3 or 4 HDMI, RGB PC, Composite video, usb. I only use HDMI so far but there you go.

-5:5 pulldown. If you don’t know what this is, just wiki LG 55LH40 along with 3:2 pulldown, 120hz etc. I don’t know how many DVD movies or broadcast movies preserve the original 24hz image content (why would they if previous TV’s couldn’t use the data?) but supposedly because this TV can display 120 frames per second LG 55LH40 can show movies without the “judder” that previous 60hz TVs suffered. I haven’t watched enough movies without “real cinema” (LG’s name for 5:5 pulldown) to compare it’s effects on vrs off. I’ll just say that they look great with LG 55LH40 on. I haven’t noticed any weird artifacts or problems. (Maybe Real Cinema doesn’t “preserve” original 24hz content, LG 55LH40 looks at 3:2 content and “unscrambles” it?) I also haven’t used “True Motion” much at all. True Motion is LG’s tech that puts interpolated frames between source frames, to smooth out image quality. I played around with LG 55LH40 a bit gaming and LG 55LH40 works. Ordinarily blurred text remained legible for longer on signs in COD4 as I moved and ran by them. Generally I leave True Motion off because I don’t like the idea of extra frames that aren’t actually part of the original content. I hear LG 55LH40 makes movies look really creepy, so I look forward to playing around with it!

-good User Interface. Playing around with the various settings was easy. The remote and menus are not overwhelming. They are intuitive and clean.

-tons of options: There are all sorts of bells and whistles. Options like “fresh color”, “fresh contrast”, “eye care”, “noise filter” etc I *sort of* understood at one point back when I was setting up the picture to my liking, but no longer remember what they do. Going into “expert” picture mode allows tons of fine tuning picture options for those looking to calibrate with pro-level precision. But don’t be daunted by all the bells and whistles. I found a picture that I am quite satisfied with, and I’m no AV expert. You can too.

CONS

-Overall asthetics of TV cabinet. The shiny red back I think looks kind of silly. Overall the set looks fine: it’s not unspeakably ugly or anything. Just a little cheesy, maybe. You may disagree. Obviously LG 55LH40 makes no difference whatsoever to the picture quality. The part of the TV that you look at, looks great.

-built in speakers suck. This, I feel, is pretty much a given these days. I suspect that HDTV manufacturers feel that most people buying 1080p HDTV’s are going to be running the audio through external systems and given this fact and the desire for thinner and thinner HDTV’s it’s a waste of time and money and ultimately kind of impossible to incorporate really nice speakers into modern HDTV’s. This LG doesn’t have great sound. It’s fine, it’s adequate, but it’s not a dolby THX sensorama aural party. This is not unusual. My roomate’s Sony’s sound sucks too. Most modern HDTV have bad sound, or no sound at all. Check out the reviews. That’s just how LG 55LH40 is. I’m using the built in sound on my 37lg60 because I haven’t gotten around to looking into entry level 5.1 systems, and I haven’t had any problems hearing content. The footseps in COD4 are pretty faint, but what are you gonna do? You need an external system if you want better. And you’ll want that system to use digital audio because,

-no l/r audio out. The 37LG60 has coax digital & optical digital audio outs and built in speakers but no old fashioned stereo audio out. Don’t know why not. Oh well.

-not huge. You already know this. it’s 37″. So not appropriate if you’re looking to build a home movie theatre. Not really a con, but thought I’d point out the obvious.

-poor documentation. Comes with a manual on disk (pdf manual is also available on LG’s website). But very little info is available concerning some of the options/settings. True Motion when turned on can be set to “high” or “low”. What’s the difference? I have no idea. I’m guessing “high” puts interpolations in all 120 frames/sec not provided by the source material (60 for 60hz content) and that “low” puts in…less fake frames? But I don’t really know, really, and LG seems not to want to tell us. I don’t really understand how true motion (interpolations) interacts with real cinema (the 5:5 pulldown function). Apparently having both on results in 3:2 pulldown, which is weird. You’d think it’d do like all 24 original frames, and add some extra interpolations, but that’s not what the manual says. Whatever. I pretty much never use true motion. I would like more info on what it’s *actually* doing, but I don’t use it. Another issue: does turning on real cinema merely enable the TV to use 5:5 pulldown if LG 55LH40 detects 24hz source material (or 3:2 source material that LG 55LH40 can unscramble) or does LG 55LH40 actually force 24hz output regardless of the source? No idea. I’m guessing the former because I didn’t notice a drop in image quality when switching realcinema on and off while running 60hz source material. I tried contacting LG for more technical specs, but they haven’t been able to help me. So you’re gonna own something with some options you don’t fully understand. But you’ll get the gist of it.

*true motion on & real cinema off = creepyvision. smooth and weird.

*true motion off & real cinema on = 5:5 pulldown. movies the way they were meant to be viewed

*true motion and real cinema both on = 3:2 pulldown (according to the manual)

*both off = no idea. I’m guessing LG 55LH40 just displays whatever LG 55LH40 can, as faithfully as LG 55LH40 can, with no interpolation. You’d think this would be 3:2 pulldown, but according to the manual: nope.

SUMMARY:

If you’ve read this far…congratulations, you don’t exist! Seriously though, I bought this a couple months ago when LG 55LH40 was briefly available directly from amazon. LG 55LH40 was around $900 w/free shipping. I felt that LG 55LH40 hit the sweet spot in terms of price point and features. It’s pretty damn close to current top of the line models in terms of specs that matter, but it’s small enough and unglamourous enough (who buys LG in america?) and just old enough, apparently, to not cost nearly as much as those top models. If you’re looking for a non-huge TV for gaming, this thing is ideal. The picture is noticably smoother than earlier gen LCD HDTV’s. Sure, in a year or 2 you’ll be able to get LCD’s that fly and do your taxes for the same price. That’s the way electronics work. But right now, you’re getting a TV that would have cost like 3 or 4 or 8 grand a year or two ago, and retailed at like $1,200 when LG 55LH40 launched. *Sweet spot detected!*

LG 32LH30

Great quality for the price. I mulled over the options for months for purchasing my first HDTV. I decided I wanted a 37″ 720p TV. (32″ seemed too small and 40″ too large). There’s no reason to waste the money on 1080p for this size. I wanted to purchase a well-respected brand and kept my eye on Samsung and Sony TVs for quite some time. I actually ordered a Samsung A330, but then received an email from the supplier stating the TV was out of stock. The other Samsung and Sony models were $800 or more, but I only wanted to spend $700 or less on a TV. I started to consider looking into other brands, which I am glad I did. After reading the reviews from several sites, I settled on purchasing this TV for $650. With no tax or shipping costs, LG 32LH30 was a better deal than anything you could find in a store. The shipping was fast and the delivery man placed the TV in my living room for me. Putting the TV together wasn’t difficult. I wasn’t very happy with the picture at first, but spend a couple of minutes to calibrate the picture settings from recommendations online and LG 32LH30 will do wonders! I couldn’t be happier with this TV and I can’t believe I waited so long to buy one. Now my boyfriend will actually come over to my house and not complain about watching movies on my TV (he has a 40″ Sony 1080p). His TV cost about $400 more, but I definitely wouldn’t say that his TV looks that much greater than mine. Yes, as others have mentioned, the volume does need to be turned up more than you would expect. You can’t completely blare it, but who really needs that anyway. Bottom line, if you want a reasonably sized TV that’s a great quality for an awesome price, the 37″ LG30 won’t disappoint.

Good Purchase. This is my first LCD so no prior experience. Works perfectly fine, easy to use. The base does not fit 100% to the LCD so there is a very slight movement to the front, however LG 32LH30 can be fixed o fit.

LG37LG30 LCD TV. Excellent quality, good picture, contrast and colour.

Sharp images and easy to use remote control. Set up simple

1st time purchase of an LG product….high quality and good professional classy finish.

I enjoy LG 32LH30 .

LG 42LH50

Good deal for the price. Good deal for the price. I bought this instead of the Samsung 550. The only problem is the remote – Consumer reports rated LG 42LH50 down – I wasn’t all that concerned, but I tried to program LG 42LH50 for my Samsung DVD/Surround Sound system and LG 42LH50 wouldn’t work. I e-mailed LG and they said they wouldn’t guarantee compatibility with other components – which is fine – but I thought Samsung was a well known brand enough for LG 42LH50 to be compatible.

Excellent LCD. I recently purchased this TV from Fry’s Electronics for about $1400.00 with tax. I have been waiting (for almost a year) for the Samsung 650 to drop below $2000 but finally decided to go with this LG. I could not believe the price of this television given LG 42LH50 is 1080p and 120 hz. So far, I could not have made a better purchase. The sound is great and the picture is absolutely wonderful. I’ve been watching movies on Blu-ray and playing games on my Playstation 3. My jaw drops every time. The picture is really incredible. To be perfectly honest, I couldn’t see a difference between this television, the Samsung 650/750 and the Sony XBR. Now that LG 42LH50 is in my living room I have no regrets. LG 42LH50 looks amazing!!!

Nicely priced and looks great. Bought this TV from the Vanns vendor on Amazon for $1550 which worked out about $300 cheaper than if I bought LG 42LH50 at a local Best Buy (taking into account local tax.

I was also considering similarly priced 46″ TVs from Samsung and Sony. I took a look at the models I was thinking about buying at the local Best Buy. They all looked pretty good, but the picture on the LG just looked a little better (maybe LG 42LH50 was my imagination). Anyway, until I saw the models in the shop I was favoring the Samsung, but after seeing the LG working I opted for it.

The TV was easy to set up and looks great. The various mode settings (Cinema, Sports, etc.) do seem to be effective. I’ve watched some Blue Ray films and the picture is just amazing.

I have to confess, this is my first HDTV and I previously watched everything on a 28″ tube TV, so I certainly wouldn’t call myself and expert. But, I can’t imagine how another 1080p could possibly have a picture any better than this one, no matter how much you’re willing to pay.

LG 47LH50

Great picture in daylight. Have only used LG 47LH50 a few days so far. I’m not a TV freak, so lots of TVs look good to me. When you go in a store, all the pictures look great under ideal conditions. This picture looks sharp and bright in the daytime in a room with many large picture windows, and I haven’t made any adjustments. No problem with viewing LG 47LH50 from an angle. Bought with an LG blu-ray to use netflix downloads and have everyting compatible (like remotes). Haven’t set up blu-ray yet.

WooW . love my new 52″ LG tv. HD and LG 47LH50 tv quality ..are like comparing blk and white viewing to color.

Great TV – Video Settings. I was planning to buy the Sharp, but when I got to Video Only and compared the Sony, Sharp and this LG, I selected this LG. Got LG 47LH50 for a very good price (I think) $1550 out of the door.

However, I need help on the video settings. What would be the best settings for the video? I display that I saw at video only looks really good. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

LG 55LH55

Lg 42 inch tv.. Great television. The first one that was sent had scratch on the screen we called and they sent another one right away. Picture and sound are fantastic. We have this television in our bedroom mounted on the wall and LG 55LH55 looks great. Nice looking and very thin. Could not beat the price and would definitely do business again.

All I can say is wow. The picture is fantastic couldn’t be happier. I was concerned about buying a TV in this price range but LG 55LH55 is as good as the much more expensive TV’s I’ve seen.

Directions in the booklet aren’t that good, however the cd is much more detailed and has shown me everything I need to know.

My sister has already purchased one based on what she saw with ours. I would recommend LG 55LH55 to everyone.

Good Deal. Good value and product shipped quickly.

Picture quality is mediocre for non-HD programs. I love LG 55LH55 .

Shopping

Great camera for first time dSLR users!. This is the first REAL camera I have ever had, and I am very happy with it. Shopping is very simple to open up and start taking pictures with. Shopping has basic modes that figure out the settings for you, and then creative modes where you can modify the different variables to your liking once you learn how to use the camera that way. I recommend reading David Busch’s book on this specific camera before using it. Shopping really helps you learn how to use the camera, and Shopping also serves as a great manual. This is a sweet camera, and if you are not a professional photographer then I think this kit will have everything you need to take your picture taking to the next level.

Move Up in Consumer DSLR Performance. After two very happy years using the CANON 350D/XT DSLR, I decided to upgrade to the XSi/450D based on 1) Addition of more professional-level spot metering/focusing offering, 2) Increase to 12 MP resolution and 3) The improved standard IS 18-55 kit lens. In all regards, I’m exceptionally pleased with the new Canon. I was able to tell the kit lens improvement and the impact of Image Stabilization from the first time I used it, as Shopping allows me to work in lower light and delivers clearer photograhs in every situation. The spot metering works very well, as does the increase in point-of-focus. I can definately see the increased resolution in my cropped enlargements, as well. The one feature I don’t use (live view) could be a big ‘plus’ to people who prefer not to use viewfinders, but again, it’s not something I use. Battery life (I use an external 430EX flash for most shots) has been far-above Canon’s listed number; I often get over 800 shots on a battery using AF and IS. I’ve used the camera with my Sigma DC and DG lenses with no problems noted at all, although my Sunpak flash that works perfectly TTL with the 350D will not function with the XSi.

I really, really want to love this camera. I upgraded to the XSi from the original Canon Digital Rebel (300D). I love everything about the XSi, except for one thing — Shopping can’t take a sharp picture with my Canon 75-300 IS lens. At first I was in denial. Then I spent an afternoon taking pictures with the zoom lens on both the 300D and the XSi. On the 300D, the pictures are as sharp as ever. On the XSi, they are not. Shopping seems to have something to do with the depth of field–the shorter the depth of field (either because of aperture or focal length) the blurrier the picture.

So I sent Shopping to Canon for repair, along with the 75-300 lens at their suggestion. The XSi was under warranty, so no charge there, but the lens was not, which resulted in a $90 charge.

I just got the camera back; there is no indication as to what they did. But there is no difference in the quality of photos with the 75-300 lens.

This is so sad. I’m okay with getting a bad product every now and then, but if I send Shopping in for repair to make Shopping right–the manufacturer should make Shopping right. Now I have a crappy camera AND I’m out another $90 dollars.

LG 22LU55

Great quality, and underrated in “pro” reviews.. Since having bad dealings, quality-wise, with Samsung I wanted to stay away from them and stumbled upon this LG. The LG 42LG50 42-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV is a great mid-large size LCD, especially when considering its price. From reading “pro” reviews I was worried I was going to end up regretting LG 22LU55 since LG 22LU55 lacked a 120Hz refresh rate, which would result in motion blur. So far I haven’t noticed anything like it, and I’ve been using LG 22LU55 for movies, over air TV, and with an xbox360. The picture quality looks great, even compared to my parents’ larger Sony. Rich colors, of course the blacks could be blacker, but it’s an LCD not a plasma so I understood that when I bought it.

Also from other reviews about LG 22LU55 giving sub-par standard def quality. I haven’t noticed anything like that. I’m using an antenna, and the digital on-air channels look great. Of course the analog ones look a little blurry, but compare the two signals on any TV and you will think analog looks blurry.

I watched WALL-E the other night, standard def, and the picture was fantastic, as well as anything (xvid or divx encoded) I stream from my computer to my xbox, or streaming Netflix in HD. Haven’t had any qualms playing games either. This is with using an HDMI cable, haven’t tried component yet, but I don’t really see a need to.

Like everyone else has said the speakers could use a boost. For most things you’ll have to turn LG 22LU55 3/4 of the way up, unless the audio on whatever you’re watching is already loud. Most of what I stream is plenty loud, so not sure what the issue is. But their speaker design is very compact and doesn’t need an extra 10 inches on each side like some flatscreens do. LG 22LU55 is however surprisingly nice sounding, not flat like some internal speakers sound. Another minor aesthetic appeal to me is the power LED. Instead of the standard rectangular green/red light, LG 22LU55 is internal in the frame and blue/red which gives LG 22LU55 a neat blurry circular look. Tough to describe.

As far as features, the different preset video modes are convenient when switching between movies/games/tv. The intelligent sensor works well and auto-adjusts the picture and backlight so it’s not too dim or bright. The clear-voice thing helps a little to catch voices that might be drowned out.

Pros

Native 1080p

Good quality

Sleek and compact frame

Great HD picture

Good sound, despite being quiet

Good frame rate, despite lacking 120Hz refresh

Cons

Quiet speakers

Other thoughts

I haven’t watched any sports yet. Doubt LG 22LU55 will matter though, I’ve been playing Burnout (a racing game) and haven’t noticed any blurryness.

Perfect!. Bought this TV for my new apartment about a month ago! I absolutely LOVE it! LG 22LU55 has a wonderful picture and the sound is great! My parents have the same one but an older model and I would always LOVE going over to their house so I could watch it. Even going as far as saying I don’t feel too great so I’d have to go lay down (it is in their bedroom). ;-) It’s very attractive. My friends ooh and ah over LG 22LU55 every time they come over. Great price for a great TV!

YOUR SEARCH ENDS HERE!! . I’ve been researching HDTVs ever since my 56″ JVC went out in September. I even rented a couple from Rent-A-Center, a 60″ JVC and a 62″ Mitsubishi. They were alright, both being rear-projection, the lamp changing greatly annoyed me. Well, I took a trip to HHGregg to look at some LCDs that I’d been researching, a Sony Bravia and a Samsung…and sitting right next to the Samsung was this jewel. I was blown away by how much better the picture was on this than the Samsung AND the Bravia. I stood there for a half hour, at least, going over all the specs and comparing everything. LG 22LU55 not only looked better in every way, but the price tag was about $300 cheaper! I decided to get LG 22LU55 and am in no way dissatisfied. LG 22LU55 took some time getting used to the smaller screen, 62″ to 42″ is a big drop, but the performance is so amazing that I totally forgot about the size difference (that’s what she said) If you’re anything like me and you’re really worried about getting the most for your money, then your search ends here. This is a top of the line HDTV that completely smashes the performance of my retired $2500 JVC. I am sold on LG now! Before I thought they only made good phones, but now I’m definitely going to look into their other product lines.

BOTTOM LINE–you may think you get what you pay for…but don’t fall into the trap of paying for the name. I’ve spent months researching and found negatives everywhere I turned…believe me when I say THE ONLY THING THAT IS WRONG WITH THIS TV IS THAT YOU HAVEN’T BOUGHT LG 22LU55 YET. And don’t worry about the sound issues, all LCDs struggle in that department, but I haven’t even had to turn on my surround sound yet. The speakers on this model are hidden behind the bezel (the frame part around the screen) and LG 22LU55 almost sounds as good as a system, except for volume level, which is loud enough, but not ear-shattering.

Pros- Perfectly crisp picture in HD and a better than average picture in SD…except TBS, for some reason…
Super sound quality, sound seems to come from every direction. Sleek, attractive design goes well with any decor.
Lots of connectivity, 3 HDMI, 2 component, 2 RCA, 1 co-axial, USB, and VGA.
PS3 looks astounding on it.
No glare on the screen from external light sources.
Price- $898!!! Can’t beat that no matter how hard you try.

Cons-I can’t watch LG 22LU55 underwater???? I mean, really!!! Seriously, I cannot find a single thing that I don’t like about this set, buy one and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about

LG 37LH20

LG 37LH20 TV is fantastic!. I’ve been researching flatscreens since the end of last year and finally decided on the LG. I couldn’t be happier! The clarity of the picture and the incredible sound were worth the wait. I spent two days on my couch watching the Masters & I don’t even like golf that much. The price from amazon.com was also better than Best Buy. I’m glad I shopped around.

Nice Picture. The picture on this HDTV is really spectacular. The intelligent lighting feature makes the clarity great in any light. The sound is very even though the volume could be better.I am happy with my purchase and after using LG 37LH20 for more than a month I would recommend LG 37LH20 to my friends.

It’s a great tv, but not as advertised………. I’ve had this tv for a little while now and LG 37LH20 looks great. When i first got it, I only used the RCA video in plugs, but LG 37LH20 still looked pretty good. Now that i have the HDMI cables and a HD dishnet box, LG 37LH20 is as good as LG 37LH20 gets. The only con i have found is that many vendors advertise this tv as having “4 HDMI ports” and “TruMotion 120Hz”.

WRONG! LG 37LH20 has 3 HDMI and 60Hz. Maybe the larger models ,but not the 32 inch model LG 32LG70.

Other then that confusion, this is a great TV. I got mine at best buy for $699.
