I bought this fender because it matched the Apex one I already had for the rear wheel of my mountain bike. I commute and this bike gets me to the train station rain or shine. I am happy to report that the one time I rode this bike in a drizzle with puddles on the street in suit pants and dress shoes mind you I did not get a drop on me from what the front tire kicked up. I watched with absolute joy as the water collected and drained in a controlled manner down the bottom of the fender exactly ……
