– Durable, all-weather polymer material
– Clips on and off in seconds
– Includes hardware for most bikes
See more technical details

I have a Trek 7.5 FX hybrid bike. I purchased these fenders to eliminate water splash during my commute. First of all, the hardware provided does not match my bike’s frame. After improvising with my own nuts and bolts, I installed the fenders in about 10 minutes. They are absolutely junk. The fenders are flimsy and easily acheive an off-center position, allowing water to splash on my back. I’m not really interested in adjusting my fenders everytime I ride. If you want a good fender, purch……

I agree with the other poster. I have a Trek 7.5FX and these don’t fit the front or the rear. I can make it fit the front by purchasing a longer bolt at the hardware store. Making the rear fit will take some work – cutting plastic and adding black zip ties…. even then I’m not so sure – they certainly won’t be removable. They were only $6 so I guess I should have paid more for nicer fenders.
……

Description says “hybrid/road.” Item says, “hybrid/touring.” This is, in fact, a big difference. Of course, I do have a touring bike, so I tried. Doesn’t fit anyway. There is NO WAY this can fit on my bike, there are no holes where it could attach, and my brakes are in the way even if there were holes. My bike does have a number of extra holes where I might put a number of things, but not where this product wants there to be holes. Most road bikes would not have those holes. I tried it on my hus……

– Durable, all-weather polymer material
– Clips on and off in seconds
– Includes hardware for most bikes
See more technical details

It fits to most mountain bikes, but not stable. The protection from front fender is okay, but the rear fender is not long and wide enough to protect from water splashing from rear tire.
……

The fenders seem to be a good fit (size, positioning over wheels), however the mounting hardware included with the fenders assumes the tube sizes are thicker than my bike (2003 Gary Fisher Advance) as using the included bolts and nuts results in the fenders not being tightly adhered to the bike frame, but instead hanging loosely creating an unsafe riding situation. Using some spare bolts and nuts solves the problem.
……

My bike is a little bit older (it’s an early-90s Nishiki “mountain bike” with canti brakes) and the mounting hardware for these fenders doesn’t quite work. I ended up having to mount the fenders to the brake pulleys themselves in order to get them to stay. That’s not the product’s fault, though. I’m pretty happy with them, and would buy them again even with the creative mounting I had to do.
……
